DESCRIPTION:It’s time for the annual Tony Plank fundraiser for the Associate Police Captains (APC) organization\, which will be held on Thursday\, August 6\, 2020. \nThe APC has a 40+ year affiliation with the Cincinnati Police Department (CPD).
