DESCRIPTION:Instructors: This course will be instructed by certified Law Enforcement instructors with significant background\, training and experience in Field Training Officer [FTO] program development\, FTO program supervision and FTO Training. \nDescription: The probationary employment period is a critical time when public safety agencies must effectively evaluate new employee performance.
