DESCRIPTION:  \nAR-15 Advanced Armorer Course \n When:       April 13-14 OR April 15-16\, 2026 from 8:00-5:00 \nWhere:      City of Madeira – 7451 Dawson Rd. – Madeira\, OH 45243 \nCost:          $500 \n  \n\n\n\nDay 1\nDay 2\n\n\nHistory and Rifle Evolution \nFunction & Safety Checks \nCycle of Operation \nBasic Troubleshooting \nField Stripping \nCleaning/ Preventive Maintenance\nAdvanced Troubleshooting (piston and gas) \nFull Disassembly \nWear Component Measurement \nGauging \nReassembly \nLubrication\n\n\n\nStudents should bring their own rifle\, cased\, and unloaded. Leave rifle in vehicle until told to bring it to the lab. \nAll tools\, equipment\, and manuals will be supplied. \nThis class will provide the skills necessary to perform armorer inspection for wear\, as well as diagnose and mitigate more complex malfunctions of gas and piston AR-15 style rifles.
