Without this knowledge for recovering digital video evidence\, the video may be ineffectual\, degraded in quality\, or simply lost. \nThe Digital Video Evidence Recovery Workshop presented by Resolution Video provides clear guidance and procedures to follow when retrieving video evidence. DESCRIPTION:Heartland Law Enforcement Training Institute Presents\nPatrol Response to Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs Training Conference\nJune 12-13\, 2017\, Hamilton\, OH.\nHosted by the Hamilton Police Department\nAnd Heartland Law Enforcement Training Institute \nA two-day (16 hour) training program designed for patrol officers\, investigators and supervisors who may encounter members and associates of outlaw motorcycle gangs during their day to day duties. The course curriculum includes the origin and history of outlaw motorcycle gangs\, identification of patches and tattoos\, organizational structure and recruiting process\, mentality of members\, biker violence\, a break down of the Big 4 outlaw motorcycle gangs and much more. \nOfficers will receive critical training in all aspects of dealing with outlaw motorcycle gang members and their associates including legal and ethical considerations that should be taken into account during contacts. In past years law enforcement agencies in the United States have paid out thousands of dollars to members of outlaw motorcycle gangs from incidents involving uniformed patrol officers and investigators who were trying to deal with gang problems in their communities. Officers will receive special training on how to protect themselves and their agencies from frivolous lawsuits from these criminal organizations and still be able to do deal with these individuals effectively. \nInstructors will concentrate on the proper ways to identify suspected members and associates of outlaw motorcycle gangs and will teach effective methods of conducting traffic stops on gang members both on motorcycles and in other vehicles. Outlaw motorcycle gangs involvement in the drug trade will be detailed and Officers will be trained in Unique Investigative Techniques that can be utilized to disrupt and disband the gangs and their membership. Additionally Officers will be trained in the recognition of unique weapons possessed by outlaw motorcycle gang members.
