DESCRIPTION:OPOTC PEACE OFFICER REFRESHER TRAINING\n16-HOUR COURSE FOR RETURNING OFFICERS \nCourse Description: This course is required for individuals who are returning to their agency after a break in service of more than one year and have received a letter of determination from the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission (OPOTC) to attend the sixteen-hour course. This course fulfills the requirements described in Ohio Administrative Code Section 109:2-1-12(D) and is regulated by OPOTC. \nPrerequisites: All students must already have an OPOTC Letter of Determination (SF410) from their agency which must be submitted to the Commander prior to approval to register. Failure to submit this letter of determination will disqualify students from being able to register. \nDate & Time: August 12 and 13\, 2021\n8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM both days. All Times Are Mandatory Attendance\nRegistration closes July 30th \nStudents who successfully complete the class will be required to take the State Certification Exam.
