Course Description: This course is designed for all police officers who are (or could be) assigned to the role of Officer In Charge as well as for new or experienced First-line Supervisors.

Our team of highly qualified leaders will teach topics such as Leadership Preparation, Modern Policing Principles, Cultural Competency, Citizens Complaints, Use of Force issues, Legal Environment, and finish with Scene Management which will include table-top exercises. The course is four days of superior instruction.
