TRAINING TOPIC OF THE MONTH: Grip

A firm and consistent grip of the pistol, through rapid strings of fire, is key to maintaining precision and accuracy. We will focus on establishing a proper grip of the pistol and maintaining consistent pressures during dry and live strings of fire, to minimize unnecessary influence into the gun.

We will run three separate 1-hour block sessions. Please arrive at either 9:00, 10:00 or 11:00 for your block of training.
