The Firearms Committee is the oldest committee of the H.C.P.A. Since the 1930’s officers from around the county have participated in the monthly shoots. Firearms proficiency and friendly competition bring both active and retired officers to the Indian Hill Shooting Range and the Fairfield Sportsmen’s Association on the third Thursday of each month from March through December. Top shooters are recognized at the annual HCPA awards banquet.
