Course Description
This free course was designed to satisfy the four hour Officer Wellness 2017 CPT requirement, not to replace the sixteen hour Blue Courage Workshop. This snapshot of Blue Courage will cover topics such as the Nobility of Policing, Positive Psychology, and Health, Wellness, and Resilience.
