COMPUTER VOICE STRESS ANALYZER (CVSA®)
Certified Examiners Course: February 24 – 28, 2020
Recertification: February 25 – 27, 2020 (required every 2 years)
NITV Federal Services (NFS) conducts a five-day intensive, hands-on instruction in the application of the patented Computer Voice Stress Analyzer® – a noninvasive investigational tool that detects, measures, and graphically displays specific stress-related components when speaking through of a microphone to uncover deceptive and non-deceptive responses to yes/no questions.
When utilized in conjunction with our interviewing and interrogation methods, including the widely acclaimed Defense Barrier Removal® (DBR®) techniques the CVSA® has proven invaluable in obtaining
confessions as well as pre-employment screenings and clearing suspects. Similarly, the CVSA is used in Covert Operations to analyze telephone recordings. Unlike the polygraph, there are no wire hookups on the subject, and drugs do not affect the test results. Likewise, there are no known
counter-measures to cause an “inconclusive” result. The CVSA instrument has proven instrumental in all investigative divisions: Homicide, Domestic Violence, Robbery, Narcotics, ICAC, Fraud, Special Victims Unit, Internal Affairs, Pre-Employment and Background Investigations.
