Course Description:
Upon Completion of this 4-hour course, attendees will have acquired additional skills and knowledge necessary to allow better communication in conflict situations. This course will provide tools that can be used to resolve conflict through lecture, discussions, and various scenarios.
Course Objectives:
This course is designed for officers/ deputies that need to establish themselves as effective communicators in situations where conflict may arise. This training course will benefit civilians and sworn personnel.
This course is beneficial for all levels of sworn or non-sworn Law Enforcement.
