Principals Of Police Supervision

Course Description:
Upon completion of this 4-hour course, attendees will have acquired additional skills and knowledge to increase proficiency in the broad range of skills needed to be a good coach/manager as well as skills to help to develop the skills of your subordinates.

Course Objectives:
The course is designed for supervisors and managers that need to learn skills required to enhance the development of their subordinates.

This course is beneficial for all levels of Law Enforcement/ Fire, sworn and non-sworn.
