Russell Ruffin is bringing his Public Information Officer course to the Cincinnati Police Academy next month. This two day seminar is good training for those whose job it is to stand in front of reporters and television cameras on a regular basis and also for those of us who find ourselves reluctantly standing in front of those same cameras and reporters whether we want to or not.
