Senior Instructor Jennifer Wadsworth began her career in 1991 as a Municipal Police Officer in Massachusetts. In 1996 became the first female instructor-trainer for the Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Council. Jennifer is a Senior Adjunct Instructor for Defense Technologies and holds instructor ratings in MDTS, MEB, PR-24, Use of Force, and OC. Jennifer is a certified Nutrition Coach and Women’s Fitness Coach. She is the Founder of Tactical Fitness for first responders and military, focusing on physical fitness, wellness, and on the job tactics. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Western New England College.
Description:
A female only class allows women in law enforcement to enhance their skills through demon-stration and practical application of Use of Force tactics. Officers will be given the tools unique to female officers to make the complete arrest scenario effective. Officers will be trained in Use of Force, Hands on Tactics, Baton handling, Handcuffing, and Ground Defense. This program also addresses the Physiological and Physical differences between the male and female officer, and the importance of Health, Fitness, and Nutrition.
Equipment: Duty belt, handcuffs w/key, baton (No live weapons or ammo in class)
Date & Time: March 21-23, 2022 (3 Day Training Program 0800-1700 each day)
