Course Goals: To provide you with the skills needed to be properly prepared for conducting subordinate evaluations, reviewing them with the employee and possible legal issues pertaining to evaluations. (4 hours)

Course Objectives: To teach that the evaluation process should not be used as a form of punishment, but to recognize the ability and potential of an employee. To provide written feedback as to the employee’s work performance, as well as, to allow the evaluator the opportunity to discuss
