Sobriety Checkpoint Administration Class

This class is designed for those law enforcement officers who will be coordinating sobriety checkpoints within the State of Ohio. The course presents training as to the need and purpose of checkpoints, the court decisions concerning sobriety checkpoints, the steps to be taken prior to the setup/operation of a checkpoint, and the actual operation of a checkpoint.
